Ich bin in Z\u00fcrich geboren und aufgewachsen, mit Wurzeln in der Schweiz und in Israel, und habe auch einige Zeit in Tel Aviv und Paris gelebt. Bewegung war schon fr\u00fch ein Teil meines Lebens \u2013 von Ballett und Modern Dance bis hin zur Leichtathletik. Mit der Zeit habe ich entdeckt, dass Training nicht nur ein Weg ist, k\u00f6rperlich fit zu bleiben, sondern auch meine Form der Meditation, es hilft mir, abzuschalten und neue Energie zu tanken.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend ich meinen Bachelor in Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften abschlie\u00dfe, nehme ich mir bewusst Zeit f\u00fcr das, was mir am wichtigsten ist: Freunde, Familie und bedeutungsvolle Verbindungen. Ich bin immer neugierig, was andere antreibt und inspiriert.<\/p>\n

Au\u00dferhalb des Studios liebe ich es zu kochen, neue Restaurants zu entdecken, zu reisen, in gute B\u00fccher einzutauchen und lange Spazierg\u00e4nge mit meinem Hund Benji zu machen.<\/p>\n

Als ich die Lagree-Methode entdeckt habe, war ich sofort begeistert, kein anderes Workout hat meinen ganzen K\u00f6rper so intensiv beansprucht. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, diese Leidenschaft mit dir zu teilen, in herausfordernden und energiegeladenen Classes, immer begleitet von einer gro\u00dfartigen Playlist, die dich in Bewegung h\u00e4lt!<\/p>\n
