Aufgewachsen in der Schweiz habe ich eine Liebe zum Wandern und zur Natur entwickelt. Daher sind Bewegung und ein aktiver Lebensstil seit meiner Kindheit f\u00fcr mich unverzichtbar. Sp\u00e4ter w\u00e4hrend meines Studiums entdeckte ich meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Pilates und war fasziniert von dessen Fokus auf Pr\u00e4zision und langsamen, kontrollierten Bewegungen. Diese Praxis verbessert nicht nur mein k\u00f6rperliches Wohlbefinden, sondern vermittelt mir auch ein Gef\u00fchl der Achtsamkeit und inneren Ausgeglichenheit, das mir hilft, mein Studium an der Universit\u00e4t auszugleichen. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich dann bei Booster die Lagree-Methode entdeckt und bin nach wie vor begeistert von diesem einzigartigen Training. In meinen Kursen werden Sie an Ihre Grenzen gebracht, aber immer gut betreut, wobei ich gro\u00dfen Wert auf die richtige Ausf\u00fchrung der \u00dcbungen lege.<\/p>\n
