Ich bin in Italien im Fitnessstudio meiner Eltern aufgewachsen, wo meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Sport und Coaching entstanden ist. In den letzten Jahren habe ich mich Spartan Races und OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) verschrieben und unterrichte Studenten auf der ganzen Welt. Spartan Races bestehen aus einer Reihe von Hindernissen unterschiedlicher L\u00e4nge, bis hin zu Marathonstrecken. Jedes Rennen ist wie ein Abenteuer, bei dem man seine Grenzen austesten kann. Ich bin Mitglied des italienischen Spartan Pro Teams.
