Ich bin in Z\u00fcrich geboren und aufgewachsen und habe fast mein ganzes Leben hier verbracht. Ich habe eine kurze Zeit in Kapstadt gelebt und S\u00fcdafrika ist f\u00fcr mich wie eine zweite Heimat. Bewegung war schon immer ein zentraler Bestandteil meines Lebens, angefangen mit Ballett im Alter von vier Jahren. Meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Fitness hat sich hier in Z\u00fcrich wirklich entwickelt und ist im Laufe der Jahre gewachsen, als ich verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten ausprobierte, um aktiv zu bleiben. Ich habe mich schon immer von der Energie, Konzentration und Ausgeglichenheit angezogen gef\u00fchlt, die mir ein gutes Training bringt. Meine Freunde und Familie merken immer, wenn ich eine Trainingseinheit vers\u00e4umt habe \u2013 ohne sie f\u00fchle ich mich einfach nicht wie ich selbst! Ich liebe es, wie mich die Lagree-Methode herausfordert und mich immer wieder zur\u00fcckkommen l\u00e4sst.
